This serving dish was made to commemorate the anniversary of the Patriotic War of 1812 in 1912. Manufacturer: M. S. Kuznetsov. Medium: Hand painted porcelain, gilding. The diameter is 18 ½ cm. Condition: Good overall with partial paint loss. Footnote: The Kuznetsov Factory was one of the largest porcelain and faience productions of the Russian Empire of the late XIX - early XX centuries. It was founded in 1889 by a Russian industrialist and entrepreneur the Kuznetsovs family and existed until 1917 when most enterprises were nationalized
