From 1877 to 1913, Dahl participated in major Berlin art exhibitions; in 1876, 1878, 1889, and 1893 he was represented at world exhibitions in Philadelphia, Paris, and Chicago. Oil on canvas; signed and dated 1903. Probably inscribed on the stretcher on the reverse: "Hans Andreas Dahl (/) Berlin, Kurfürstenstrasse 126". 45.5 cm x 67 cm. Framed.
