(1872 Munich - 1943 Seebruck am Chiemsee) Chiemsee landscape with a freer manner of execution, an impressionistic work by Haushofer, who mainly found his motifs in the landscapes of Chiemsee and its surroundings. Haushofer exhibited at the Munich Art Society, and from 1912 participated in the annual Munich exhibitions at the Glaspalast. In 1920, he was one of the co-founders of the art group "Die Frauenwörther," which, since 1921, has exhibited its works in the Torhalle on Frauenchiemsee. Oil on canvas; signed and dated 1919. 43 cm x 58 cm. In a frame.
