Description
Born in 1951 in Heidelberg. Based in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Abstract composition from the early work "Nails" from 1981. Gwozdi studied from 1968 to 1971 at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg; from 1972 to 1981 he worked in a studio in Munich, and from 1981 to 1983 at the Künstlerhaus Hamburg. After trips to Chicago, Jamaica, Polling, and Munich, he returned to the Rhine and Neckar region in 1997. Mixed media (probably gouache or dispersion paint) on paper mounted on canvas. Signed and dated (19)81. Dimensions: 89 cm x 69 cm. Framed.
