

Copper enameled item with a silver base. The base in the shape of a tube transitions into a high-oval narrow body with a tapering neck and a wide flaring rim. The base and neck are enameled in brown and decorated with floral ornamentation, garlands, peacocks, and masks with gold details. On the body of the vase are beautiful images of gallant couples sitting on a bench and strolling in front of trees and architectural landscapes in polychrome transparent enamel, or in beautiful salmon and pink tones. Signed "FC". Minimal defect. Accompanied by indistinct marks and a central image of a postal horn. Height 20 cm. A pair of small, probably French, Limoges copper enameled vases with silver bases. Unclear assay mark and unknown maker's mark. Signature. Minor defects. Probably from France, Limoges. Circa 1900.
