An ornament in memory of the founding of Saint Petersburg

In the style of Carl Fabergé, an oval body made of red glass. Surrounding it are matte-engraved and gilded cartouches. Depicted within them is a crowned Russian double-headed eagle with the monogram of Tsar Peter the Great (1682–1725) above the date of the city's founding, "1703," as well as the double city coat of arms of Saint Petersburg.
