Luxurious and very stylish, a set of six wine glasses in original packaging, colored cut crystal, 100% handmade, famous series "RAWENNA". Manufactured by the world-renowned German manufacturer NACHTMANN in the 1970s.

The NACHTMANN factory was founded in Bavaria in 1834 by Michael Nachtmann. At the beginning of the 20th century, the factory workshops moved to Neustadt, where they remain today. In the 1960s-70s, NACHTMANN became the largest producer of high-quality crystal in Germany. The NACHTMANN conglomerate long united several subsidiaries: "Marc Aurel", "Katharinen Hutte", and "Spiegelau". The products of these factories differed in design and the minimization of lead oxide in the crystal content. In the early 2000s, the product range became significantly poorer. The factory switched to more economical forms, and interesting items disappeared one after another. In 2004, the shares of Nachtmann Cristal AG were bought by Riedel Glas. Although the factory still operates today, it has not been able to return to producing the items it made during its peak period. Therefore, any of its products from the 1960s-70s, especially those of high quality and preservation, have automatically become objects of special attention for collectors and crystal connoisseurs, and the cost of such items only increases each year.

The "RAWENNA" series is one of the most refined and worthy, and despite its classic style, the items are so versatile that they easily and effortlessly fit into almost any table setting interior, be it "hi-tech" or palace classic. Majestic and graceful, genuine high-quality lead crystal with a lead oxide content of at least 24% (PbO 24% - the world standard). Such a lead oxide content increases the refractive index, allowing the crystal to play with all its facets in the sun like precious stones.
