A mid-20th century Soviet Kiev Experimental Porcelain figure modelled as a bear depicting a 'Bureaucrat of the Sate', blue printed mark to base, 17 cm high. CONDITION REPORT Overall good condition, some rubbing to the gilding, wear to base commensurate with age.
