Antique Russian faience plate by Kuznetsov
Description

Large faience tray, made by the Kuznetsov porcelain factory, late 19th century. The center is decorated with a relief floral ornament on a beige background. The upper part of the tray features an inscription in Russian: "Khleb i Sol'" (Bread and Salt) in a Pan-Slavic style. The reverse side bears the factory mark of M.S. Kuznetsov.
