based on the design by Oganes Tatevosyan, VHUTEMAS ceramics studio at the Dulevo porcelain factory, 1921, round shape, the central part is painted with a figure in traditional Central Asian costume holding an orange flag with an inscription, deep blue rim with six oval cartouches painted with scenes of labor and inscriptions, marked under the base with the studio's mark, diameter: 25.5 cm (10 inches).
