

LARGE SOVIET PORCELAIN PLATE from the Dulevo Porcelain Factory, Moscow, 1920-1923. Round, the center is decorated with the emblem of the Soviet Union, depicting a globe with a golden hammer and sickle under a rising sun, flanked by golden bundles of wheat wrapped in red banners and topped with a red star. The emblem is surrounded by a golden band engraved with the Russian inscription: "325 years of the unification of Ukraine and Russia." The rim of the plate is painted with a green stylized pattern of leaves and decorative elements, with golden details and a wavy golden edge. The underside bears the "Dulevo" mark with violet glaze. Diameter - 14 inches (35.5 cm).
