Soviet porcelain stand from Russian Dulevo porcelain, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of victory in World War II in 1995, produced by the Dulevo Porcelain Factory, Likino-Dulevo, Russia, with a central medallion, turquoise-blue rim, gold highlights, and a scalloped edge; the base bears the impressed red falcon mark of Dulevo, diameter 14 inches. Minor paint loss on the rim.
