Description

On the occasion of the 300th anniversary, a rectangular, profiled frame with an image was created. In the raised oval medallion, there is a depiction of Chinese figures playing the flute or riding an elephant. Above them is a flying dragon breathing fire. The painting is executed in camaieu, covered with sepia with a slight pinkish hue. Gold outlines. On the reverse side, there is a mark: "Zum 04.10.1996 Staatliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Meissen". Intended for hanging on the wall. Marked with a sword. Dimensions: 25.5 cm x 21 cm. Porcelain tile with typical Chinese painting in sepia, created in honor of the Heroldt anniversary.
