Both branches slightly overlap the insert in the center. In the central part the denomination is indicated – the number "10", and below it the currency unit – "RUBLES". Inside the digit "0", depending on the viewing angle, one can see the inscriptions "10" and "RUB". Above the mintage year is the mintmark "SPMD" (Saint Petersburg Mint).
