    Centered is the right-facing profile of Archduchess of Austria Maria Theresa Walburga Amalia Christina. Along the arc of the coin's edge is a Latin text: left and right 'M∙THER∙D∙G∙R∙I∙G∙H∙B∙R∙A∙AUS∙' (Maria Theresa, by the Grace of God, Roman Empress of Germany, Queen of Hungary, Bohemia, Archduchess of Austria). Denticles run along the rim.
