Pavel Murakhin was born in Moscow. He graduated from the Fedoskino Art School of Miniature Painting and worked at the Icon Painting Factory in Sofrino, specifically in the jewelry workshop. He also exhibited his works, including landscapes and portraits, at the House of the Soviet Army.
