The sketch is made on the reverse side of a sheet from a printed publication with a diagram of a "Sliding Mandrel". On the reverse, there is a stamp from the D.I. Mendeleev and A. Blok Museum-Reserve—the item was exhibited at the Museum's exhibition "Russian Poet in the 'Land of Fire'" in November 2019. Provenance: from the archive of Sergey Gorodetsky.
