Otto von Bismarck-Schönhausen (1815–1898), Prince of Bismarck from 1871, influenced German politics, serving as the first Chancellor of the German Empire from 1871 to 1890, which he also helped found, and from 1862 to 1890 as Minister President of Prussia.
