Born in 1955 in Stuttgart and based in Munich, the artist presents a scene from the red fairy-tale zone, titled "Dominant Yellow." In the foreground, an attractive young woman is depicted standing in a yellow corset, crimson-red mini-skirt, gloves, and a casually worn hat. In the background, she passes by three men who appear unaffected. Bright and expressive colors are used; this is an early work by Keilbach, who mainly depicts contemporary everyday scenes in his figurative painting. It conveys a sense of joy in life, and sometimes also expresses a certain melancholy. The medium used is oil on cotton (linen). On the reverse side, it is signed, titled, and dated 1/2/(19)90. The dimensions are 110 cm x 110 cm. It is framed.
