Original title "Scene of an industrial port from around the late 1920s" by Wegners, who studied under Fritz Burger-Mühlfeld in Hanover and regularly exhibited at the Kunstverein from 1926. Watercolor and pencil or paint on paper. Signed with number 1686 and titled on the reverse. Sheet size 27.4 cm x 40.9 cm. Framed.
