

Above the rounded, convex base rises an expanding body in the shape of a baluster, articulated with wavy, curved lines. The tall, convex, slightly recessed hinged lid features a fully plastic flower bud as a handle and a recess for a spoon. A small, curved ear-shaped handle is on the side, with a matching curved thumb rest. Gilded interior. Signature: master Gottfried Lütken (became a master in 1758). Weight approximately 220 g.
