Description

Silver. Three outwardly scrolled volute legs with pressed spherical feet, transitioning into a floral-curved plate with floral piercings, a chased curved bowl. Inside it is a cylindrical oil burner. As a holder for the can, three ascending, separated, twisted, and gadrooned volutes. Long handle made of ebonized wood. Signature, trembling stroke, hallmark, master Abraham IV Drentwett (master since 1741). Weight approximately 945 g. Height 13.5 cm. 34.5 cm x 16 cm. See Seling 2007, No. 2329, BZ 2440.
