DINNER SET OF DESSERT PLATES AND CUPS MADE OF PORCELAIN FROM THE KUZNETSOV FACTORY, MOSCOW, AND ESCALIER DE CRISTAL, PARIS, LATE 19TH – EARLY 20TH CENTURY. Includes six dessert plates, three cups, five saucers; each with a wavy edge and border decorated with gilding and entwined grapevines; each dessert plate and cup bears the golden shield of Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich and Grand Duchess Elizabeth under the Imperial crown, all marked on the bottom with a gold and red glazed mark. Diameter of plates: 8 inches (20.5 cm) (14).
