Russian salad bowls for condiments: duck and dove

19th century, last quarter. One in the shape of a duck, the second a pigeon. Each is a salad bowl with a blue mark of the MS Kuznetsov Porcelain Factory. The artist's name is on the inner rim of the lid in black handwriting. The pigeon has a paper label reading "RUSSIAN IMPERIAL EXHIBIT." Each piece is decorated in blue and violet with gilded beaks. SIZE: Duck: 5" high x 7-1/2" long. Pigeon: 4-3/4" high x 8-1/4" long.
