Description
A pair of Russian porcelain portrait plates, Kuznetsov Manufactory, Moscow, early 20th century. Each plate is circular in form and decorated with a portrait of a boyar or boyarina in the center, surrounded by a ring. The gilt cavetto and rim are adorned with a band of alternating gilt palmettes and lotuses. Diameter 8 3/4 inches (22.2 cm). From the Estate of Ann M. Osora.
