Description

Porcelain soup tureen by Nikolai II Kuznetsov, late 19th to early 20th century, oval shape with a gilded rim. The white glaze is adorned on both sides with the Central Russian double-breasted black crowned eagle of Nikolai II, bearing the imperial coat of arms, resting on an oval base with a gilded rim. The underside features a blue overglaze Kuznetsov mark, likely originating from Russia. From the dinnerware set used by Tsar Nikolai II and the Russian imperial Romanov family aboard the Russian imperial yacht "Standart," measuring 30 cm in width.
