Wall plate featuring Emperor Alexander I

This serving dish was made in honor of the anniversary of the Patriotic War of 1812 in 1912. Manufacturer: M. S. Kuznetsov. Medium: hand-painted porcelain, gilding. Diameter is 18½ cm. Condition: overall good, with partial paint loss. Note: The Kuznetsov Factory was one of the largest producers of porcelain and faience in the Russian Empire at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries. It was founded in 1889 by the Russian industrialist and entrepreneur Kuznetsov family and existed until 1917, when most enterprises were nationalized.
