easily expanding cylindrical shape, with a concave round base, covered with bright red paint featuring designs of a rising sun and oak leaves, gold details, bearing the emblem of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) – a sword, shield, and a sickle with a hammer, a red overglaze factory mark under the base; height – 22 cm.
