SOVIET PORCELAIN CUP WITH A PORTRAIT OF COSMONAUT YURI GAGARIN, DULEVO PORCELAIN FACTORY, 1961

Centering with a portrait of Soviet cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin; the portrait is centered on the front of the mug. Yuri was a pilot of the Soviet Air Force and a cosmonaut who was the first person to travel into space, a significant achievement in the space race. The inscription "1961" is on the back of the mug, with a factory mark in blue glaze. Dimensions: 7.9 x 9.8 x 6.7 cm (3 1/8 x 3 7/8 x 2 5/8 inches).
