Porcelain bowl
Description
Round shape. On both sides of the wall—a large scene by Watteau with a gallant couple in a landscaped park. Polychrome painting, probably by J.H. Eisentraeger. Beautiful gold edging with colored floral branches. In the medallion—a delicate bouquet of flowers. Manufacturer’s mark. Height 8 cm, diameter 17 cm. Porcelain bowl painted with Watteau scenes. Manufacturer’s mark: Fürstenberg. Approximately 1765–1770.
