Imperial ornamental plate
Description
Round, curved shape. A flag with pierced work in the form of a rod. An oval medallion with golden radiance, surrounded by grapevines, is set into a slightly recessed mirror. Inside is an antique image executed in grisaille. Delicate pinkish accents. Surrounding golden decoration. Fine crack. Mark of crossed swords. Diameter 24 cm. Imperial porcelain plate with a figure depicted in grisaille. Meissen. Marcolini period. Late 18th century.
