Ceramic vase in the shape of a bottle
Description
Unique ceramic vase. Ceramic granite, light gray shard. Hemispherical body, cylindrical neck, protruding rim. Light and dark brown ash glaze; painted, stylized leaf or bamboo decoration in reddish-brown color. Workshop marks "KERSTAN KANDERN" and "K", as well as a brush mark with the date "Kerstan 1981" in dark brown. Height 17.5 cm. Unique ceramic bottle-shaped vase created by German studio potter Horst Kerstan. Signed and dated 1981. Kandern. Horst Kerstan. Dated 1981.
