Reverse

In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the coat of arms of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, around the circumference is text: at the top – 'RUSSIAN FEDERATION', at the bottom – 'REPUBLIC OF NORTH OSSETIA-ALANIA'.

Obverse

At the top along the edge of the coin are the words BANK OF RUSSIA, at the bottom the minting year '2013'. On the left side is an olive branch, and on the right an oak branch.
