    The central part depicts flags, cannons, and cannonballs at the foot of Mount Famatina. Above it, a ribbon with the abbreviated inscription 'C.D.G.R.' - 'Cerro del General Rosas' (Hill of General Rosas). Along the upper edge, the inscription 'Eternal glory to the Restorer Rosas' in Spanish 'ETERNO LOOR AL RESTAURADOR ROSAS'. Below, a six-petaled rosette.

    The central part features the coat of arms of Argentina: a heraldic shield framed by a laurel wreath; on the shield, a Phrygian cap on a staff, covered by a handshake; above the shield, a rising sun.
