Reverse
The central part features the denomination in two lines: KOPEIKA. Below it, the year of mintage is indicated in Old Slavonic: ҂АѰI 1710. The central design is enclosed within a linear border. There is a dot above the inscription. The text around the rim reads: VSELѦ RWSSII SAMODERZHETS (Autocrat of All Russia).
Obverse
The central part of the obverse depicts St. George the Victorious on horseback, with a spear pointing to the lower right corner (no serpent). Below the horseman are the mintmark letters 'BK' (Naberezhny Mint). There is a dot above the horseman's head. The text around the edge, from right to left, reads: TSAR I VELIKII KNIAZ PETR ALEKSIEVICH (Tsar and Grand Prince Peter Alexeevich).
