Reverse In the central part, an inscription in two lines: ПѦТЬКОПЕЕКЪ. Below it is the minting year — 1713. Above the inscription are five raised counting dots or dashes. The dots (dashes) denote (duplicate) the coin's denomination. Along the edge of the coin is a twisted border of dots.
Obverse The center of the obverse is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire — a double-headed eagle. Both heads of the eagle bear crowns, and a third, larger crown is between them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Along the edge of the coin is a twisted border of dots.
