    In the central part on the right are large numerals '10', below them a two-line inscription in English 'EURO / CENT'. To the right of the '10' is the engraver's mark of Luc Luycx 'LL'. In the central part on the left are the outlines of the eurozone countries. From them, six vertical parallel lines extend upwards and downwards, ending with 12 stars.
  • Obverse
    In the central part is a portrait of Rigas Feraios, facing right in half-profile. On his chest is an arched inscription with his name in Greek 'ΡΗΓΑΣ ΦΕΡΑΙΟΣ'. On the right shoulder are the initials of the artist Georgios Stamatopoulos 'ΓΣ'. To the left of the portrait is the year of minting '2002', to the right a two-line inscription '10 / ΛΕΠΤΑ', meaning 'ten euro cents', above it the Athens Mint mark (acanthus leaf). Along the rim are evenly placed 12 stars of the European Union.
