    Against a background of ray-like radial stripes is the emblem of the 65th Anniversary of Victory in the form of a stylized image of a star, formed by five bows of the Order ribbon. In the center is a disc with circular inscriptions along the rim: 'VICTORY IN THE GREAT PATRIOTIC WAR' and '65 YEARS', separated by two asterisks. In the center of the disc is the five-pointed star of the Order of Glory badge.

    At the top along the edge of the coin are the words BANK OF RUSSIA, at the bottom the year of minting '2010'. On the left side is an olive branch, and on the right an oak branch. In the central part, the denomination is indicated — the number '10', and below it the currency unit — 'RUBLES'. Inside the digit '0', depending on the angle, the inscriptions '10' and 'RUB' can be seen. Above the minting year is the mint mark 'SPMD' (Saint Petersburg Mint).
