    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of ornate gates against the background of the State Bank building in Moscow. At the top, along the outer rim of the coin, is the semicircular inscription "GOSUDARSTVENNYI BANK". At the bottom, in two lines, is the inscription "MOSKVA XIX v.".

    In the upper part of the coin is the State Emblem of the USSR, encircled by a ribbon (15 turns), below it the letters "USSR", slightly lower the denomination of the coin, the numeral "5", and below that the word "RUBLEI". At the edge of the lower part is the year of minting "1991".
