    The central part features the denomination – the numeral 3. Below the numeral is the word РУБЛЯ (RUBLES). Below that is a decorative divider consisting of two oppositely directed curved lines with a diamond-shaped dot between them. Under the divider is the year of issue 1918. Above the denomination numeral is a two-line inscription: РАЗМѢННЫЙ ЗНАКЪ (EXCHANGE TOKEN). On the sides of the central image, left and right, are two compositions of four laurel branches. The rim is decorated with dots.
  • Obverse
    The central part features the 1917 Russian state emblem – a double-headed eagle without crowns, sceptre, or orb in its claws. Under the eagle's left claw are the letters 'J.S.', the initials of the engraver Iosif Zadler. Below the initials is one stylized six-pointed star. Around the eagle, along the rim, is the text: АРМАВИРСКОЕ ОТД. ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО БАНКА (ARMAVIR BRANCH OF THE STATE BANK). The rim is decorated with dots.
