    In a cartouche on the left — a metallurgist worker at work; on the right — the main building of the former Izhevsk Arms Factory; below — a fragment of a hunting rifle stock with carved ornamentation, behind it — a contour image of a Kalashnikov assault rifle; above, on a matte cartouche with ornamentation — an eight-pointed solar sign and the circumferential inscription: 'UDMURTIA'.

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination 'ONE HUNDRED RUBLES'; slightly lower on the left is the metal designation from Mendeleev's periodic table Ag and the fineness 925; below in the center is the year of minting '2008'; lower on the right is the weight of the precious metal in pure form '1000.0' and the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'MMD'. In the central part of a characteristic dotted rim is a double-headed eagle, and below it is the name of the coin's issuer 'BANK OF RUSSIA'.
