To the left and right of the yurt, Tuvan artifacts from the 'Arzhan' kurgan excavations: a bronze plaque in the form of a coiled panther and a golden deer. Above the yurt on the left, a reindeer herder riding a saddled reindeer; on the right, a nomad on a galloping horse. In the center, against a background of mountain peaks, stylized clouds, and a Buddhist temple, the 'Center of Asia' obelisk. At the bottom along the rim, the inscription: 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNIFICATION OF RUSSIA AND TUVA AND THE FOUNDATION OF THE CITY OF KYZYL.
