Reverse

On the surface of the brilliant mirror field of the coin, in the foreground, is a relief image of the building of the Music and Drama Theater on Arata Square in Kyzyl; in front of it is a Buddhist temple; to the left is the building of the republican parliament (the Supreme Khural); behind them, against a backdrop of mountains, are city blocks. The composition is enclosed within a shaped frame imitating the inner outline of a yurt; along the rim is the text: 100TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNIFICATION OF RUSSIA AND TUVA AND THE FOUNDATION OF KYGYL.

Obverse

In the upper part, along the arc of the rim, the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES' is indicated. Slightly below on the left are the metal's designation from Mendeleev's periodic table, Ag, and its fineness, 925. Below, in the center, is the year of mintage '2014'. Below, on the right, are the weight of the precious metal in pure form, 31.10, and the producer's (mint's) designation 'SPMD'. In the central part of a characteristic dotted circle is a double-headed eagle, and below it is stamped the name of the coin's issuer 'BANK OF RUSSIA'.
