Reverse
The central part features the State Emblem of Russia — a double-headed eagle with its wings raised and spread. The eagle's heads are crowned with two small crowns, with a third, larger crown above them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Around the eagle is the inscription: ВСЕѦ РОСIИ ПОВЕЛIТЕЛЬ 1708. The coin's edge is framed by a twisted dotted border.
