In the central part, the imperial regalia: crossed sceptre and sword, with the orb at their intersection, above which is the Crown of the Russian Empire with two ribbons of the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called emanating from it. Above the crown is the denomination designation — the word 'РУБЛЬ' (ROUBLE). To the left and right of the regalia is a wreath of laurel and oak branches. At the base, the branches are tied with a ribbon, the knot of which forms a bow. The rim of the coin is decorated with denticles.
