    In the center is the number 50, flanked on either side by the split year of issue: '19' on the left and '53' on the right (1953). Above, seven five-pointed stars are arranged in a semicircle. Below is the inscription in Serbian 'ПАРА' (PARA). The edge of the coin features a beaded border.
  • Obverse
    The center features the coat of arms of the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia. It depicts: five burning torches surmounted by a five-pointed star, with wheat ears on the left and right, bound at the bottom by a ribbon bearing the date '29-XI-1943'. The surrounding inscription in Slovene reads 'FEDERATIVNA NARODNA REPUBLIKA JUGOSLAVIJA' (Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia). Below are four diamonds forming a larger diamond. The edge of the coin features a beaded border.
