    In the central part is a Christian cross with an icon of the Mother of God and Child at the top. To the left and right of the cross are figures of six saints. On either side of the icon are two angels. To the left, bottom, and right along the rim, an inscription in a frame in Ukrainian: «1025-РIЧЧА ХРЕЩЕНИЯ КИЇВСЬКОЙ РУСI», which translates to: «1025 years of the baptism of Kievan Rus».
  • Obverse
    In the central part, within a smaller circle, is depicted an Orthodox pectoral cross on a fragment of a chain. Below the cross is the year of minting, 2013. To the left and right above the cross are images of angels; below the cross are biblical monsters. Next to the images are two letters each, together forming an inscription in Old Church Slavonic: «IC XC NIKA». To the left, top, and right along the rim, divided by the Coat of Arms of Ukraine, is an inscription in Ukrainian: «НАЦIОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ», which translates to: «National Bank of Ukraine». In the lower part, along the arc of the coin's edge, separated on the left by a cross in a circle and on the right by the mint mark of the Kyiv Mint, is an inscription in Ukrainian: «П'ЯТЬ ГРИВЕНЬ» - 5 Hryvnias.
