In the central part is the right-facing profile of Elizabeth II. Below the truncation of the neck are struck the letters: "RDM", denoting the initials of the artist - Raphael David Maklouf. Along the rim are inscriptions in English, on the left - the name of the British Queen Elizabeth II: "ELIZABETH II", on the right - the name of the country Fiji and the year of minting: "FIJI 1997".
