In the central part, within a wreath of flowers, is depicted the lesser coat of arms of the King of Spain - a cross, with two lions and two castles in its quarters. Decorative raised denticles are placed along the rim.
Obverse
In the central part - the right-facing profile of Ferdinand VII. To the left of him is the mint mark of Jubia: "J", to the right - the numeral: "2". Along the upper edge of the coin is a Latin inscription: "D·G·HISP·REX FERDIN·VII" - "BY THE GRACE OF GOD, KING OF SPAIN, FERDINAND VII", below - the year of minting: "1819".
