    The central part depicts a destroyed bridge over a river. Above it is the year of the battle '1943', below it the year of minting '1983'. At the bottom, the name of the river 'Neretva' in two lines in two languages: above in Slovenian 'NERETVA', below in Serbian 'НЕРЕТВА'.
  • Obverse
    In the center is the coat of arms of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. It consists of: six burning torches, above which is a five-pointed star, with wheat ears on the right and left, bound at the bottom by a ribbon with the date '29-XI-1943'. The image is placed within a circle truncated at the bottom. Along the rim is the country name 'Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia': on the right in Slovenian 'SFR JUGOSLAVIJA', on the left in Serbian 'СФР ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА'. At the bottom is the inscription 'Д10D' (10 Dinara). At the top is a diamond-shaped element.
